			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the most important things you will EVER discover is the <strong>relationship between raw food and health</strong>. If you want to live a healthy, energetic life and stay looking young and vibrant, then it is essential you start to <strong>eat a raw food diet</strong>. </p>
<p>I can’t emphasize enough the importance of the connection between <strong>raw food and health</strong>. </p>

<p>For most of us it’s really hard to imagine ourselves eating <strong>raw foods</strong> – apart from the obvious fruits or vegetables that we use in salads. The moment you mention raw food to somebody you can see them starting to feel uneasy and uninterested. Why? </p>
<p>Because we think of raw foods as bland and tasteless – <strong>we can’t after all taste nutrition</strong>. Nobody after a meal goes, “Wow that nutrition tasted great”! Since we as human beings are heavily conditioned we find it <strong>hard to break habits</strong>.  Especially when a specific habit gives immediate pleasure. </p>
<p>It’s not that raw food tastes bad, it’s more about <strong>how we have grown to habitually like certain tastes</strong>. So why is raw food so important when it comes to health? </p>
<p>Essentially a <strong>raw food diet consists of foods that are not cooked or processed</strong> in any way. </p>
<p><strong>Raw food</strong> can include, fruit vegetables, seeds, sprouts, nuts, grains, seaweed, beans and dried fruit. All of these foods are at their <strong>nutritional peak</strong> when picked from the garden or from the tree etc – <strong>these are living foods</strong>. </p>
<p>The vital connection between <strong>raw food and health</strong> is that when you cook food, a lot of the nutrition is destroyed. Either the <strong>goodness is left in the water</strong> or it is often the case that you are left with mush. There are ways to cook food so that you do not lose as much of the nutritional values.   These include <strong>dehydrating and slightly steaming</strong> to no more than 105 degrees &#8211; but it will never be as good as when you eat it raw. </p>
<p>The next leading question is, <strong>how will raw food benefit your health</strong>? </p>
<p>There are multiple ways raw food will help you to look and feel better. One is, <strong>you will have more energy</strong>.  Ssecondly, it will <strong>improve the appearance of your skin</strong>, giving you a more youthful complexion. Thirdly you will <strong>lose weight. </strong> This in itself has many health benefits, such as <strong>reducing the risk of heart disease</strong> and improving <strong>your digestion</strong>. </p>

<p>As you can see there are a long list of      i<strong>mprovements</strong>. When your health      improves so does the <strong>performance of your      brain</strong>. You can think more clearly – no more brain      fog!  Also, due to the fact that you will be eating      healthy you are <strong>less likely to feel      fatigued</strong>. </p>
<p><strong>Energy</strong> is everything in our world, without out it we could not live. When eating a raw food diet <strong>your energy will increase naturally</strong>, not artificially. </p>
<p>Having an abundance of energy helps you to get a lot more done.  Because you are eating right you will have fewer ups and downs – <strong>no more sugar slumps</strong>. </p>
<p>With all that said, it’s not about me suggesting that you eat raw food.  It is more about imprinting upon you an <strong>understanding of WHAT you are eating and HOW it affects your daily life</strong>. </p>
<p>When you understand it for yourself you will <strong>naturally start to improve your eating habits</strong>. You will directly understand the consequences of eating poorly. </p>
<p>So if you want <strong>live everyday with health and vitality in abundance</strong>, then I can’t stress enough the importance of adopting a raw food diet. Raw food and health go hand-in-hand. </p>
<p>Eating processed foods that are dead WILL leave you feeling that way – dead! But eating foods that are full of life and energy will give you just that – <strong>a long healthy life full of energy! </p>
